Salsa Fresca

2 avacados chopped
1 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
1 small red onion - chopped
2 large tomatoes seeded and chopped
Juice of 2 limes
salt and pepper to taste

Toss together in bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Use as a garnish to Chorizo stuffed tenderloin or other meat. This is really good on fish tacos or halibut steaks. :)
